Too expensive to purchase a sim man but want a realistic training tool... use your friends and our bluetooth simulation stethoscope...
Start with an old broken stethoscope and make a hole in the tubing near the top at the junction of the tubing to the ear pieces.
One ear pice goes into the stethoscope and the other can be used by the trainer.
Create a pocket that the earpiece can sit in from SUGRU. make sure it is in contact with the hole to transmit sounds and is easily removed to recharge...
Download the app called simscope from the apple App Store for free. Simply bluetooth to the headphones and start siming....
